Student Advising
I advise students with a general interest in Biology, those with an applied interest and the students interested in the Forensic and Medical Technology concentration. I also cosponsor the Life Science Club and the local ASM chapter.
Research Interests
My student teams work in one general direction which is the spread of pathogens by novel vectors, and when possible pathogen reduction strategies. The following areas have been investigated and presented at either The Association of Southeastern Biologist or The American Society of Microbiologist Southeastern section.
