What is Life Science Club?
Life Science Club is an organization for students that have a general interest in Biology and would like to participate in a variety of activities relating to Biology and the Biology Department. Biology is such a vast field, nearly every subfield has its own specific association. However this is a recognized club that is open to everyone. Thus, there is no national association to join. This club was founded by NSU biology students in 1999.
How will joining Life Science Club benefit me?
Life Science Club is made up of students interested in all facets of Biology. We gather for informal socials, have semester projects and fund raisers. Club events are meant to be fun and promote friendship between students and with faculty members.
Who should I join Life Science Club?
Students who are interested in any area of biology, would like to participate in projects that benefit the departmental student body and would like to generate a general interest in the Biology Department should consider joining the Life Science Club.
